I led the discovery research, value proposition and service design for an innovative business model of childcare that grew to £1 million GMV in less than 2 years from a standing start.

I have been instrumental in helping Wonderbly shape and grow their product portfolio, via consumer insight. Going from one smash-hit book to being an e-commerce superstar with revenue surpassing £30 million.

I led user research at Bulb at a time of hyper-growth, prioritising projects so that it served 15 product squads (and counting, there was a new one every week!), whilst keeping the research team lean and nimble.

Delivered deep qualitative insight fast and lean, enabling Otta to confidently plan a two year marketing strategy fuelling growth and to step confidently, saving mega-bucks on creative agency missteps.

By engaging with them one to one over the first few weeks of exposure, I tracked how pioneering longevity and health App, Humanity landed with the first twelve users. I undertook continuous research with cohorts onwards as the app grew to a million users, enabling the design team to step deftly with every feature release.
